I'm a university professor and department chair, a psychologist, coach, consultant, trainer and Baptist minister, a very happy husband and a proud father (whew!).
More importantly, I've been helping hundreds of people over the last couple of decades to deepen their knowledge and hone their skills of designing and developing highly effective -- sometimes extraordinarily effective -- professional practices, programs and e-programs, church-based ministries, and organizations while steadily improving the overall quality of their personal lives.
I tell you this because I've learned during this process that if you are in the business of helping other people solve their problems and reach their goals...
Ya gotta problem!
If you're like most professionals in the helping arena, you are probably
